The FirstSteps Team is inspired by the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential. To that end, our mission is twofold: to provide the best evidence-based, behavior analytic treatment to our children diagnosed with autism and related learning differences, and to offer a positive, collaborative, and dynamic work experience for our team. At FirstSteps, clinical work comes first. We're a privately owned, clinician-led ABA organization where BCBAs have the time, support, and autonomy to stay close to the children and families they serve.
A Caseload You Can Actually ManageOur Program Directors typically support 12–14 children and lead clinical teams of 7–12 RBTs, creating the space to stay engaged with your cases, your team, and your families.
We also believe in clear, achievable clinical expectations.
Full-time BCBAs have a 115 billable-hour monthly expectation, with additional incentives for those who choose to take on more. Your clinical workload is designed to be clear from the start, so you can focus on quality care rather than chasing an ever-moving productivity target.
Clinical Autonomy. Real Support.You know your clients best. We trust our BCBAs to make thoughtful decisions based on the individual child, family, and clinical need.
You'll have:
