Responsibilities:
- Batch Processing:
- Creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting batch jobs.
- Handling tasks including report generation, data migration, data transformation, and system maintenance.
- Addressing batch-related issues and enhancements across multiple systems and entities (e.g., Gift City, HKL, SG).
- Reporting:
- Creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting reports.
- Developing custom reports, addressing report inaccuracies, and supporting report-related changes across different systems and regions.
- Handling both scheduled and ad-hoc report requests.
- Interface Management:
- Managing interfaces between different systems.
- Overseeing data migrations, server migrations, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Working with various file formats and protocols for data transfer.
- Handling interface-related projects and compliance (e.g., MAS655).
- Database Management (limited):
- Engaging in tasks involving database migrations and cleanup activities, particularly related to OPC migrations.
- Project Support:
- Supporting various in-house programs and projects.
- Providing technical expertise and resolving issues related to new requirements and implementations.
- Providing UAT support and testing for new features and functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in batch processing, reporting, and interface management within a complex financial system, likely related to trade finance.
- High degree of technical expertise.
- Strong skills in batch processing, data analysis, and system integration.
- Ability to ensure the smooth operation of batch processes, the accuracy of reporting, and the reliable functioning of system interfaces within the organization's financial systems.
