Position Summary
Strata Information Group (SIG) is seeking a knowledgeable Banner Student Aid Consultant to join our team and support higher education institutions across Canada. This role focuses on implementing and optimizing Ellucian Banner Student Aid solutions, ensuring seamless integration with institutional processes. This position will serve clients in Canada. We invite candidates open to Part-Time, and Contract opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client institutions to assess and enhance financial aid processes.
- Configure and customize Banner Student Aid to meet specific institutional needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Banner Student Aid.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years working within the Higher Education Industry.
- 5 or more years of experience working with Ellucian Banner, demonstrating advanced user proficiency.
- Extensive experience with Ellucian Banner, specifically in Student Aid.
- Strong understanding of financial aid processes within Canadian higher education.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Experience working with Banner Financial Aid is also preferred.
Pay and Benefits
- The salary range is USD 90,000 -$125,000
- Health benefits available to full time US residents
Pay and benefits apply to regular full-time positions based in the USA.
The listed salary range for this position is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's unique skills and location. Final compensation will be determined through mutual agreement between the successful candidate and SIG.
