BankWork$® Banking Occupations Training Program:
BankWork$ is an intensive, interactive 8 week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday / 9 am - 4 pm) bank career training program that trains individuals interested in a career in banking or finance, and then offers placement assistance for positions such as teller, client service representatives and personal bankers. This program is offered at no cost to qualified participants and will provide all the tools and skills needed to start your banking career.
Location: 1435 Bedford Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.

Qualifications:
- Candidates must be 18 years or older
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience

What We Do
The Energy Innovation Center Institute (EICI) is a Pittsburgh-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on workforce development. It builds regional talent pipelines for energy systems, utility infrastructure, healthcare, banking, and other critical infrastructure, partnering directly with employers to recruit, train, deploy, and upskill workers into roles where workforce constraints limit growth, reliability, and system performance at scale.
