O que é o TRACK?
O objetivo do TRACK é criar um programa de desenvolvimento rotativo e
dinâmico que capacite novos talentos a desenvolverem suas habilidades,
expandirem suas redes de contato e adquirirem experiências significativas em
diversas áreas da empresa.
Por meio de aprendizado prático, mentoria e
exposição a múltiplas funções, o TRACK prepara os participantes para se
tornarem a próxima geração de líderes na General Motors.
Exposição a Áreas-Chave do Negócio
Oferecer aos participantes vivência em áreas críticas da operação da GM.
Desenvolvimento de Habilidades
Capacitar os novos contratados com um conjunto diversificado de habilidades técnicas, de liderança e comunicação, por meio de rotações em diferentes funções.
Formação de Liderança
Identificar e desenvolver futuros líderes, proporcionando uma visão abrangente das operações da empresa e estimulando habilidades de liderança por meio de mentoria, projetos práticos e coaching.
Retenção de Talentos
Construir um pipeline de talentos altamente treinados e engajados,
comprometidos com o crescimento de suas carreiras na GM.

Formações Preferenciais:

Requisitos: • Formação entre dezembro de 2022 e dezembro de 2025 • Inglês mínimo intermediário • Disponibilidade para mudança e viagens • Disponibilidade para atuar em São Caetano do Sul, SP
