We’re looking to connect with experienced Node.js Engineers who could be a great fit for future opportunities at Zühlke. The Role

As a Backend Developer with Node.js expertise, you will play a critical role in designing and building robust online partnership solutions through designing and building the data and integration services for the ecommerce partners. You will be responsible for solving complex technical challenges, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an agile setup. You will deliver high-quality solutions, adapting to evolving customer requirements, all while ensuring the long-term sustainability of your work.

What is important to us

• You have a technical-related degree and/or equivalent professional qualification  

• 3+ years of backend development experience, preferably with a strong background in Node.js or equivalent frameworks

• You are communicative and have an open-minded personality   

• You are fluent in English (both written and oral)  

• Knowledge of Azure Integration Services – e.g API Management, Application Insights and Key Vault  

• Working experience with relational databases (experience with NoSQL is a plus)   

• Ability to apply architectural and design patterns with focus on quality, readability and maintainability     

• Experience with automated testing frameworks – e.g nUnit, React testing library, Jest and Playwright   

• Working in an agile team, with a good understanding of the concepts, practical experience
