[Japan] Backend Engineer

KKdayグループのバックエンドエンジニアとして、日本向けプラットフォーム(https://activityjapan.com)の開発・運用において中心的な役割を担っていただきます。

顧客、事業者が最高のカスタマーエクスペリエンスを体験できる製品を開発します。ビジネスオーナーやプロダクトマネージャーと連携しながら、日本拠点のエンジニア、デザイナー、テスターとともにバックエンドシステムの設計・開発・運用を行います。日本チームは多くのプロジェクトで独自に開発を進めますが、プラットフォーム横断的な取り組みでは台湾本社のエンジニアチームと協働する機会もあります。予約管理、決済処理、在庫管理、パートナー連携APIなど、プラットフォームの基幹システムの開発に携わっていただきます。

【職務内容 】Responsibility

- 新機能開発におけるシステムアーキテクチャと技術ソリューションの設計

- 技術仕様書、システム図、ドキュメントの作成

- Laravelフレームワークを用いたバックエンド機能およびAPIの開発、テスト、保守

- ベストプラクティスに従った、保守性の高いクリーンなコードの実装

- コードレビューへの参加とチームメンバーへの建設的なフィードバック

- システム全体の技術的な問題のデバッグと解決

- MySQLデータベースの設計とクエリ最適化

- RESTful APIの実装、認証・認可機能の適切な実装

- 技術ドキュメント作成とチーム内での知識共有

- 開発効率向上のための新技術・ツールの評価と提案

- スプリント計画やデイリースタンドアップなど、アジャイル開発プロセスへの参加

- Design system architecture and technical solutions for new feature development

- Create technical specifications, system diagrams, and documentation

- Develop, test, and maintain backend features and APIs using Laravel framework

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

- Debug and resolve technical issues across the system

- Work with MySQL database to design and optimize queries

- Implement RESTful APIs and ensure proper authentication and authorization

- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency

- Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and daily standups

【必要な条件/経験】Requirements

- バックエンド開発の実務経験2年以上

- オブジェクト指向プログラミング(OOP)の原則に関する理解

- リレーショナルデータベース(MySQL、PostgreSQLなど)の基本的な使用経験

- Gitによるバージョン管理の経験

- RESTful API設計原則の理解

- ユニットテスト、機能テストの実装経験

- 優れた問題解決能力と細部への注意力

- 良好なコミュニケーション能力とチームワークスキル

- 新しい技術への学習意欲と適応力
- 日本語ビジネスレベル、英語または中国語での会話が可能な方

- 2 years of professional experience in backend development

- Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles

- Basic experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)

- Familiarity with Git version control

- Understanding of RESTful API design principles

- Ability to write unit and feature tests

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies

- Business level in Japanese, and English OR Chinese

- Redisなどのキャッシュシステムに関する知識

- メッセージキュー(Laravel Queue、RabbitMQなど)の使用経験

- Dockerやコンテナ化技術の理解

- CI/CDパイプラインの構築・運用経験

- フロントエンド技術(Vue.js、React、Angularなど)の知識

- AWSなどクラウドプラットフォームの使用経験

- セキュリティベストプラクティスの理解

- テストフレームワーク(PHPUnit、Pestなど)の使用経験

- Working knowledge of PHP and the Laravel framework

- Knowledge of Redis or other caching systems

- Familiarity with message queues (Laravel Queue, RabbitMQ)

- Understanding of Docker and containerization

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines

- Knowledge of frontend technologies (Vue.js, React, Angular)

- Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms

- Understanding of security best practices

- Experience with testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Pest)

■勤務時間

原則基本勤務時間 9：30-18：30（休憩60分）

フレックスタイム制導入済み（コアタイム：10:30~17:30）
