You will be an integral part of a diverse team, collaborating with talented engineers at a company that help businesses expand internationally by handling various HR, compliance, and administrative tasks related to employing people in different countries. 

Job Description

• Develop and maintain the integration of a robust platform, ensuring seamless performance and scalability.
• Lead the migration to a new AWS serverless multi-account architecture, optimizing infrastructure efficiency.
• Work primarily with TypeScript/Node.js while supporting backend systems developed mainly in Java.
• Collaborate on platform features integrated with Salesforce to enhance business operations.

Qualifications

• Studies in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong expertise in backend development, primarily using TypeScript or Node.js. 
• Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Ability to develop and optimize scalable web applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Strong team collaboration skills, with a commitment to achieving shared goals.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Java is a plus.

What about languages? 

You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team. 

How much experience must I have? 

In order to thrive in this role, you must have at least 3+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer.
