We are looking for Backend Engineer to join our R&D Team. We are a group of fun, curious, out-of-the-box thinkers, who love working together to solve complex problems as much as we love hanging out together. As part of the team, you will:
- Delivering scalable features to support Yotpo’s vision in a timely and quality manner.
- Lead and participate in significant architectural decisions on various technologies.
- Working closely with developers, Product, Designers, Operations, Client Services, and more.
- Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality.
Our tech: Java, Spring Boot, Ruby On Rails, Kafka, Angular, Vue.js, MySQL, Redis, K8S, Docker, GitHub Actions, Jenkins

What will you bring to the table?
- A BSc in computer science/engineering (or equivalent)
- 4+ years of experience in software development
- Experience with Java or Ruby for web applications is a must
- Familiar with client-side techs like Angular or React - Nice to Have
- Enthusiasm for learning new tech and methodologies
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively as a team
