ROLE OVERWIEW:
Join us as a Systems Integration Consultant and play a key role in advising on, designing, and reviewing enterprise-scale integration solutions within a modern banking environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide consulting and advisory support in the design of integration solutions across the Bank’s IT systems.
- Conduct technical analysis and consulting on software development and configuration-based solutions.
- Recommend system integration approaches, leveraging available technologies, industry standards, and best practices.
- Advise on compliance with reference architecture and security requirements.
- Participate in and provide expert input during technical reviews, assessing the quality of software and integration solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–10 years of overall experience in software development and system integration projects (C# or Java or Python)
- Around 3 years of hands-on experience with an enterprise integration platform, such as MuleSoft, IBM Integration, or similar technologies.
- Proven expertise in advising on, designing, and delivering integration solutions using industry standards (e.g. REST, SOAP, ESB).
- Experience in banking/financial services domain or consulting is highly appreciated
- Excellent communication skills, both in Polish and English (Verbal and Written)
- Being detailed oriented, open to learn, creative, business-oriented
