Position Summary
We are on the lookout for a talented Backend Developer with extensive experience in Python and Django to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality, efficient, and scalable server-side applications. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver impactful features and functionalities.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Python and Django.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to support front-end development and integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and functionalities.
• Manage database design and data storage solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability by identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards to ensure high-quality code.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in backend development.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer, specifically with Python and Django.
• Strong understanding of web services and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Ability to write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Excellent analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
