Playtech's Development team is looking for a Backend Developer with PHP, responsible for the development and support of software applications, software defect fixing, and analysis of requirements for software projects.
Job Description

- Develop software modules according to coding standards.
- Optimize the performance of the application.
- Follow internal company project and communication processes.
- Create and review the documentation related to software development projects.
- Give time estimates and status reports.
- Fix defects in the software according to defect descriptions.
- Take part in investigations and search for solutions to cross-component questions.
- Validate and review software projects.
Qualifications
Components for success. You...
- Possess excellent knowledge of Git, Oracle (PL/SQL), PostgreSQL, PHP (OOP), Vue.js.
- Have a good understanding of relational data structures.
- Are familiar with REST APIs, Symfony Framework, Java Script, CSS, HTML.
- Demonstrate knowledge of dependency management with composer and npm/yarn.
- Know basic Linux principles and usage of bash commands.
- Have experience in a team-oriented environment.
- Communicate proficiently in English.
