What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer who doesn’t just code — but engineers intelligent systems.
This role is heavily AI-focused.
You must be comfortable working with:
- LLMs in production
- AI-assisted development workflows
- Claude (Anthropic) for coding, reasoning, and system design
👉 Claude usage is not optional — it is a core requirement.
We expect you to:
- Use Claude Code to accelerate development
- Design systems with AI as a layer, not an add-on
- Leverage AI tools to improve speed, quality, and architecture decisions
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend systems & microservices
- Develop RESTful APIs & GraphQL architectures
- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Claude) into real-world eCommerce solutions
- Use Claude Code actively in development workflows for:
- Code generation & optimization
- Debugging complex systems
- Architectural reasoning
- Implement AI-powered features (automation, personalization, search, agents)
- Optimize performance (Redis, caching layers, async processing)
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure high reliability, scalability, and security
- Collaborate in a fast-paced, AI-first engineering culture
Must-Have Skills
- PHP (6+ years) – modern PHP (8.2+)
- Laravel (4+ years) – Laravel 10/11+
- Strong JavaScript / TypeScript (3+ years)
- Advanced MySQL / PostgreSQL optimization
- Solid experience with REST & GraphQL APIs
- Hands-on experience with Claude (Anthropic) for coding
- Experience integrating LLMs into production systems
- AI-assisted development mindset (non-negotiable)
- Docker & containerization
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
- Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Message queues (RabbitMQ, SQS, Redis Queue)
- Caching systems (Redis, Varnish)
- Git workflows (GitFlow / trunk-based)
- Strong English communication
