Job Description:

Xchanging, a DXC Technology company, is looking for a Accountant with Asset Management/ Portfolio experience;

The candidate, after an initial training period, will manage operational activities related to the updating of financial instruments master data and the valuation of client portfolios, in line with agreed SLAs.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the update of securities master data and related records (issuers, exchanges, indices, ratings, interest rates);

  • Assisting in the management of corporate and administrative actions (coupons, dividends, capital operations);

  • Supporting daily valuation activities for financial instruments;

  • Monitoring correct price uploads and consistency of system information;

  • Operational interaction with internal functions (Fund Accounting, Settlement, Regulatory Reporting) and with external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or university degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields;

  • Previous experience in the banking sector

  • Familiarity with major information providers (Bloomberg, Telekurs, Reuters..);

  • Good knowledge of English

Work Location: Milan (MI) with smart working possibility

The position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €31.000 Compensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA: Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per il personale dipendente dalle imprese creditizie, finanziarie e strumentali) and based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including responsability, experience and skills.
