We are looking for a Back Office & Operations Assistant to handle essential administrative tasks, maintain efficient workflows, and ensure excellent communication within the team and with external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operations to ensure efficiency across departments.
  • Manage administrative tasks including data entry, record keeping, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate communication between various teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support sales requests, quotations, communication with the customers through ERP system.
  • Order progress monitoring.
  • Maintain documentation for compliance and operational standards.
  • Handle inquiries and provide support to internal teams as required.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar position.
  • Degree from a Technological Educational Institute (TEI), University (AEI), or equivalent institution.
  • Excellent knowledge and command of the Greek language (spoken and written).
  • High typing speed.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Understanding of basic accounting procedures (issuance of invoices/documents, accounting records, balances).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment (handling multiple tasks and prioritizing).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the tech or engineering sector.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Skills Required
