Back Office Assistant (Talent Acquisition Team)

Thaloz is a technology company that partners with other companies to provide software solutions and staff augmentation. Your role as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be key in supporting all Talent team activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring alignment with interviewers' availability and preferences.
• Maintain and update the ATS with candidate information, interview outcomes, and other relevant data.
• Create candidates' CVs.
• Communicate with clients to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with People Care to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Reply to all of the candidates' questions and continuously seek opportunities to enhance their experience during the process.
• Collaborate with metric tracking.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative/coordination or recruitment roles.
• B2 English level.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in the IT industry (Not required, but Big plus).
