A rapidly growing digital operations and fintech support provider is seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Agent to join their operations team at their Larnaca headquarters. The company offers professional back-office services to clients in fintech, compliance, digital marketing, and payment solutions, and is known for its commitment to efficiency, confidentiality, and innovation.
Description

As a Back Office Agent, you’ll play a key role in supporting compliance, onboarding, and administrative operations within a regulated and fast-paced environment. You will work across departments to ensure accuracy in documentation, data processing, and client onboarding procedures. This position operates on a 24-hour rotating shift basis, 5 days per week, and is well-suited for individuals who are detail-driven, organized, and looking to develop their career in fintech and operational support.

Responsibilities
  • Validate KYC/KYB documents in line with internal and regulatory standards
  • Support client onboarding, account opening, and customer verification tasks
  • Process documentation and operational requests with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain digital filing systems and update internal databases
  • Collaborate with compliance, operations, and internal teams for workflow alignment
  • Identify irregularities or errors and escalate as needed
  • Ensure service-level consistency and data confidentiality
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in compliance, fintech, or administrative roles considered an asset
  • Excellent written English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts

  • Competitive salary:
  • Non-experienced agents: €1,900/month gross
  • Experienced agents: €2,100/month gross
  • Night shift premium: €100 per worked week
  • Complimentary office lunch twice per week (Tuesdays & Fridays)
