Fincons is looking for a Back-End Software Engineer – Advanced
TASKS:
- Develop and maintain back-end applications, services, and business logic, ensuring clean, scalable, and high-quality code.
- Design, build, secure, and optimize APIs, data storage solutions, and cloud-based back-end services.
- Implement security best practices, including authentication, authorization, input validation, secure logging, and monitoring.
- Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization, leveraging monitoring and observability tools.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of scalable software solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation, code integrity, and CI/CD-integrated testing practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and REST API development.
- Strong back-end development experience with Java, PHP, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Node.js, combined with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Expertise in APM, monitoring, and observability tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, Elastic APM, OpenTelemetry), as well as relational and NoSQL databases.
- Proven experience in designing and securing REST APIs, event-driven architectures with Apache Kafka, and supporting Case Management solutions.
- Hands-on knowledge of Git-based development workflows, Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile development methodologies.
- Good understanding of authentication and authorization standards (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT).
- Professional experience in competition policy environments.
CERTIFICATES:
(Optional) One of the following or an equivalent certification:
- AWS Certified Developer Associate, Microsoft Azure Developer Associate, or CNCF Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD).
