Tasks
- Design and implement scalable backend solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and long-term maintainability.
- Research, evaluate, and apply AI tools and frameworks to automate workflows, repetitive tasks, and operational processes within the team.
- Develop and maintain AI-powered agents to support areas such as testing, monitoring, data validation, and internal tooling.
- Solve production issues with a strong focus on candidate experience and system reliability.
- Ship code to production frequently (on a weekly basis).
- Monitor service performance and proactively take action when issues or optimization opportunities arise.

- Recurring interview creation and configuration.
- Automatic interview creation triggered by client vacancies.
- Maintain candidate engagement while waiting for the interview day.
- Automate end-to-end functional and regression tests using AI agents.
- Build internal AI-driven tools to orchestrate, validate, and monitor interview scheduling workflows.
- Implement AI-assisted observability or alerting mechanisms to detect anomalies in interview flows.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience as a backend developer, software engineer, or in a related role.
- Strong backend development experience (Node.js preferred).
- Experience designing, discussing, and implementing technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience researching, evaluating, and using AI tools (e.g. LLM-based tools, AI agents, automation frameworks) in a professional or advanced personal context.
- Interest and ability to build AI-driven automation for workflows, testing, and operational tasks.
- Proactive, passionate, and resilient mindset, comfortable working in a fast-growing and imperfect environment.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
