Hintergrund

Die Bewertung von Schraubverbindungen stellt eine wichtige Aufgabe bei der Auslegung und Bewertung von mechanisch beanspruchten Baugruppen dar.

Für Einzelschrauben gibt es die standardisierte Bewertung nach VDI 2230. Diese lässt sich komfortabel anwenden sofern die Längs- und Querbelastung der Schraube vorliegen. Bei Schraubflanschen, d.h. Schraubverbindungen die durch mehrere Schrauben realisiert werden, ist der Anteil der Last, der durch die einzelne Schraube zu übertragen ist, im Allgemeinen nicht einfach zu ermitteln. Es gibt verschiedene analytische Ansätze für die Berechnung der Einzelschraubenbelastung. In der Praxis werden Festigkeitsberechnungen mit der Finite Element Methode (FEM) durchgeführt. Neben der Bauteilbeanspruchung werden damit auch Schraubenkräfte ermittelt, wobei die Schraubenverbindungen in den FE-Modellen oft stark vereinfacht abgebildet werden. Dadurch ergeben sich meist unrealistisch konservative Schraubenkräfte, die zur Überdimensionierung der Schrauben führen.

Ziel dieser Arbeit

In dieser Arbeit sollen unterschiedliche Methoden zur Ermittlung der Einzelschraubenbelastung verglichen werden. Neben analytischen Ansätzen soll die Ermittlung mittels Finite Elemente Analysen untersucht werden. Unter anderem sollen unterschiedliche, möglichst einfache Modellierungen zur Anwendung kommen. Als Referenz dienen Ergebnisse aus einer FE-Analyse mit volumenvernetzten, vorgespannten Schrauben unter Berücksichtigung von Kontakt. Die Ergebnisse der unterschiedlichen Näherungen bzw. analytischen Lösungen sind mit der Referenzlösung zu vergleichen.

Kenntnisse der FEM sind vorteilhaft.
