- Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams to understand and translate requirements.
- Provide L2 support for banking applications, including issue triaging, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Monitor and maintain application performance on Oracle DB and WebLogic server environments.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and QA teams to resolve incidents and deploy fixes.
- Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, user guides, and SOPs.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process or code improvements to reduce operational risk.
- Participate in system upgrades, patch deployments, and release activities.
- Ensure compliance with incident, change, and problem management processes.
- 5+ years of experience in a BA / Support Consultant or similar role within the banking domain.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL)
- WebLogic application servers
- Linux/Unix scripting (for log monitoring, basic commands)
- Experience in production support / L2 support including incident triage and resolution.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
