- Support the set-up of IT workstreams for Private Wealth Banking, and other products and services
- Help create technology roadmaps to meet program objectives
- Support feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and stakeholder consensus-building
- Work with stakeholders to define business and system requirements, scope, schedule, resources, budget, implementation plan, and quality assurance processes
- Review application architecture and infrastructure designs
- Explore technical solutions to achieve business objectives and requirements
- Support the implementation of regional technology programs, focusing on standardization opportunities
- Establish and implement project management practices, templates, policies, and tools
- Participate in key regional meetings and provide updates and alignment
- Support program risk assessment and tracking
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 5-7 years of work experience in a bank, preferably in Private Wealth or Capital Markets
- Knowledge of banking domain, including Private Wealth Banking, Fund Distribution, and Securities Custody & Execution
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for the banking industry
- Ability to deliver technology solutions, design solutions, and manage projects within a project governance framework
- Experience in program feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and stakeholder consensus-building
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
