The Role

What you’ll do: 

 

  • Join the team of B2C communication, in the business of Lotteries, reporting directly into the Senior B2C Communication Specialist. You’ll be part of a passionate, collaborative and creative team where every idea counts and where you can start building your professional journey.

  • Have the opportunity to be involved in the development of annual B2C communication plans aligned with marketing plans, with the goal of enhancing brand awareness, market positioning and engaging customers.

  • You’ll support the launch of new products and promotional initiatives and you’ll manage omnichannel campaigns (digital, on websites and apps, and retail), strengthen product visibility and track performance data to ensuring an engaging and seamless user journey and to drive continuous improvement.

  • You’ll work on the production of digital communication and in-store materials for Sisal distribution network.

  • All while gaining hands-on experience, developing a marketing mindset, and growing in a supportive, innovation-driven environment.

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • A degree in Marketing, Management or a related field.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel as a must.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail while meeting deadlines.

  • Strong collaboration skills, adaptability, problem-solving attitude, creativity, and a results-driven approach.

  • Fluency in Italian and English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
