MISSION:
In this role, he/she/they will
Manage accounts of all sizes by representing your team externally with clients and internally by working with various stakeholders
Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape
Capture, manage & answer customer request/claim
Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels
Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects including business review
Prepare and present sales information and effective proposal for customer during renewal or new initiatives
As necessary, visit clients, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities
Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis
Develops/generates new leads by monitoring trends, conducting research, identifying opportunities, cold calling and making appointments.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Obtained a bachelors/masters degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, project management, sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills
Fluent in Thai and Business Proficiency in English
