Working closely with cross-functional teams, our department contributes to business success by growing sales, executing commercial initiatives, supporting dealer partners, and ensuring excellent customer service across our Michelin Car Service network. MISSION:
This is a 7-month temporary on-site role in Hanoi. During this period, he/she/they will:
- Be accountable on the volume of company product selling and service provided to company business partners; dealers and users.
- Have to know and be able to analyze the market, at least concerns the areas responsible
- Implement the commercial policy through the application of the entity/company’s sales methods
- Be accountable for Dealer and User accounts portfolio
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
1. General activities:
- Deploying an action plan concerns the customers (dealer/users) in the assigned territory.
- Develop (together with concerns parties) and deploy the necessary tools and documentations which are to be used with customers e.g. price list, tools or equipment, dealer card, end user card, etc.
- Create the development of sales volume and Share Of Market (SOM) concerns the assigned territory
- Bring in or create new dealers and end users
- Develop volume and SOM of their portfolio
- Building up the relationship of Michelin brand with dealers and end users
- Contribute to promotion events and carry on company campaigns to dealer and end users
- Develop a performance report and circulation to concern parties.
- Collaborate with parties concerned to ensure all customer’s issues are effectively treated.
- Accountable for the level of credit, the solvency of dealer
2. Dealer activities:
- Accountable sales target and negotiate in order to reach the objective setting for dealers
- Manage/ implement distribution approach methodology and partnering programs
- When meeting with dealer, has to manage purchase quality, stock checking, etc.
- Preparing margin calculation concerns Michelin tries vs competitors
- Improves basic technical knowledge and sales skills to dealers
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Based on Hanoi
- 3-5 years experiences in sales position in technical products. Preferably in automobile and lubricant industry or tool or durable consumer goods
- Good Analyst skill, acumen & strong commercial mindset
- Good communication in both English & Vietnamese
- Good under pressure and non-standard working time
- Willing to travel
