MISSION:

In this role, he/she/they will  

Account Management

  • Understand customer needs by actively listening and gathering insights.

  • Build lasting relationships, always looking for improvement.

  • Generate new leads through research, trend analysis, and proactive outreach.

  • Promote collaboration by educating and engaging both internal teams and clients.

  • Expand customer engagement by identifying new use cases and planning strategically.

  • Keep teams informed with clear communication on product launches and strategy evolution.

  • Streamline processes to boost efficiency and hit sales targets.
     

Opportunity Management

  • Turn leads into wins with targeted sales action plans.

  • Own your territory by managing time, resources, and mid-term plans effectively.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for a dynamic, customer-focused professional to take ownership of key accounts and unlock new business opportunities. If you're passionate about building relationships, spotting trends, and delivering value, this role is for you.

  • Obtained a bachelors/masters degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management, project management, sales and growth strategy

  • Solid understanding of Fleet operations , total cost of ownership (TCO) concepts

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills

  • Effective in both commercial negotiation and technical discussion

  • Strong analytical, customer-centric and solution-oriented

  • Results-driven with strong ownership mindset

  • Resilient and adaptable in competitive environments

  • Fluent in Thai and Business Proficiency in English

Skills Required
