The Opportunity...

We are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing and Sales Manager to own and manage our end-to-end B2B marketing and sales processes. This role will have strategic oversight for lead generation and sales process optimization, support onboarding and transitioning of new agents, and manage marketing campaigns for existing agents. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a robust background in B2B marketing and a deep understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. This role is crucial for enhancing our sales strategies, increasing our market reach, and ultimately driving our company's growth. 

How You'll Contribute...

  • Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation from multiple sources including online campaigns, inbound marketing, and traditional sales efforts.
  • Optimize on-site lead conversion tactics including forms, inbound calls, and chat functionalities.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance landing page effectiveness and ensure seamless data capture in Salesforce.

  • Sales Process Management and Optimization:

  • Review the existing end-to-end sales process and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Define and refine processes in SalesForce (our current CRM).
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for all sales and marketing activities.
  • Regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns to stakeholders.
  • Make data-driven decisions to continually refine marketing and sales approaches.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our strategies and tools remain at the forefront of the industry.

  • Support Retail Agent Management:

  • Design and execute nurturing email marketing campaigns for both prospects in the sales cycle and existing agents.
  • Define and streamline the process from agent signup to full integration, ensuring a smooth transition and effective onboarding.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to retail agents to enhance their performance and integration into the sales network.

What We're Looking For...

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing. 
  • Extensive experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce. 
  • Proven track record of developing successful lead generation and sales optimization strategies. 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with sales metrics and reporting. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor others, driving performance and professional growth.
