About the rolePosition: Associate, B2B Operations & Album Sales
Location: hello82 | Los Angeles, CA
Work Hours: M-F 9:30AM to 6:30PM
This role supports the day-to-day operations of hello82’s B2B album sales business. You will manage orders, timelines, and documentation across multiple releases while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Key Responsibilities- Support B2B album sales operations across multiple concurrent releases
- Manage order details, quantities, timelines, and requirements with precision
- Track projects and deadlines using Asana and maintain clear communication via Slack
- Coordinate with internal commerce, production, and operations teams
- Maintain trackers, documentation, and reporting for sales and partner activity
- Support release-week execution to ensure operational consistency
- Collect and organize sales data and assist with internal reporting
- Communicate professionally with external partners
- Identify inefficiencies and help improve operational workflows
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, sales operations, e-commerce, or a related field
- Fluent in Shopify workflows and terminology
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
- Working knowledge of Slack and Asana for daily communication and project management
- Strong written and verbal communication with a professional business tone
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage large workloads and multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable in high-speed, frequently changing environments
- Flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented
- Experience in music, entertainment, or consumer products
- Familiarity with retail or wholesale workflows
