B2B Marketing Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

As a B2B Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth within the business-to-business (B2B) sector. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns, manage lead generation efforts, and optimize marketing channels to enhance brand awareness and foster client acquisition.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional channels to generate leads and support sales efforts.
  • Manage paid digital media with advertising agency partner on channels like display, paid social, paid search and more.
  • Partner with creative team to create compelling and targeted content for B2B audiences and ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
  • Enhance the B2B customer journey with targeted touchpoints using a combination of email, SMS and 1:1 communication.
  • Implement effective lead generation strategies to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Work closely with B2B teams to understand their needs and align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Communicate marketing plans, campaign results, and key insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Regularly analyze and report on the performance of B2B marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does NOT have direct reports.

Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing specializing in B2B marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and content management systems
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
