As an experienced B2B Marketing Manager, you will help to define and implement our marketing strategies, focusing on (1) increasing engagement with our brand and (2) generating sales leads, presenting Sertis / Andersen as a thought leader in the Data/AI space across online and offline channels including events, PR, and social media. Working alongside and within Andersen Consulting brand guidelines and its network of partner firms, Sertis’ JV partners and channel partners in Sertis’ key markets, you will also support business building with enterprise customers and partners across verticals.  

• Development of B2B marketing strategy and plans
• Defining tactics to pursue toward company objectives
• Establishing and monitoring KPIs and making periodic adjustments to tactics, as necessary  
• Execution of the marketing plan, with a focus on 
• Events (trade show participation, webinars, podcasts, etc)
• Content creation and marketing (products, services, thought leadership, leveraging digital channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook, webinars, and partner channels, and others such as events and roadshows)
• Support in the development of presentation materials (decks, collateral, storyboarding and development of product videos/ demos, etc), 
• Keeping the company website current and accurate 
• Coordination with Andersen Consulting Marketing teams to further objectives

• Min. 5 years of experience in a B2B marketing leadership role with a background in Tech/Tech Product/Professional Services Marketing; 
• A degree in Marketing from a leading university,
• Experience working with creative teams and producing high-quality marketing content,
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights to shape marketing strategies,
• Fluency in verbal and written English, including proficiency in B2B content creation and presentation development,
• Familiarity with marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and drive to success,
• Grit, drive, scrappy determination 
• An ability to work independently towards KPIs / objectives
