The Marketing Manager (B2B), will assist in GTM (go-to-market) strategy and business growth through managing brand awareness and product marketing initiatives. This person will be responsible for coordinating with and managing deliverables for our various B2B/B2B2C directors to help with pipeline generation and revenue activation. Deliverables may include launching new landing pages, creating branded conference material, designing email campaign strategies, and managing social/content campaigns.
This role is ideal for a brand-oriented marketer with a background in GTM strategies, product marketing, and partnership strategies. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams to create seamless marketing campaigns that drive revenue and scale Audicus’ presence in the B2B space.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and execute GTM strategies, working closely with the Head of Marketing, B2B leadership, product, and design teams
- Coordinate weekly with B2B leadership to align on future marketing needs and review existing material
- Manage the pipeline of new and optimized marketing material, campaigns, and assets
- Identify key value props and develop messaging per our B2B verticals, ensuring alignment at every touchpoint
- Manage and launch digital marketing initiatives, ranging from landing pages to webinars to social media
- Oversee the creation of physical marketing mailers, branded email templates, and printable assets for sales enablement
- Build and maintain marketing automation workflows to improve efficiency and engagement
- Provide ongoing reporting and insights on marketing effectiveness, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on GTM execution, product marketing, and brand awareness.
- Experienced in creating marketing collateral for both sales enablement and product marketing - from vision to copywriting, to updating existing design assets in Canva, Figma, or other design tools
- Experience in collaborating with sales, product, and design teams to drive marketing success.
- Experienced in managing social media campaigns, from ideation to reporting, primarily on LinkedIn
- Strong copywriting and professional writing expertise to help with content creation and thought leadership material
- A strong interest in utilizing AI and automation tools to scale your success
- Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, YesWare, Salesforce) and outbound marketing best practices, a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Salary Range:
$70k-$80k/year - commensurate with experience/location
