Your impact: 

  • The Marketing Manager at Amity Solutions is responsible for leading and executing 360-degree marketing strategies across online and offline approaches to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. This role involves overseeing leadership initiatives, managing SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns, fostering collaboration across teams, contributing to creative & branding efforts, and spearheading ad-hoc projects such as events, PR, and video production. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to align marketing objectives with overall business goals and ensure maximum ROI.

Your team: 

  • Though small, our marketing team operates efficiently as we have stable processes and clear routines. As the head of marketing, you'll lead a team of two— a PR manager and a marketing associate— with the Managing Director as your direct report.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:


  • Manage and coach your team, remaining hands-on due to limited resources.
  • Excel in team operations management and workload allocation.
  • Create a positive and productive working environment for your team, encompassing routine tasks and cross-team collaboration.
  • Utilize data analytics as a superpower and select the right metric measurement.


  • Engage in content writing and proofreading to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Boost website ranking, and domain authority (DA), and attract organic website traffic.
  • Improve website content, including landing pages, product descriptions, and social media, in coordination with developers for technical website enhancements.
  • Perform keyword research, keyword planning, On-page and off-page optimization.
  • Utilize data analytics to improve future strategies effectively.

Paid Ads

  • Optimize A/B test performance of Google Ads for lead generation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (PIC) with Google Ads consultants.
  • Manage allocated budgets to minimize cost per lead (CPL), and cost per click (CPC), and maximize return on investment (ROI) and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create artwork for advertising campaigns.
  • Manage lead generation and post-lead processing activities.
  • Generate data reports and visualize data to track marketing performance effectively.


  • Take ownership of the newsletter, collaborating with the product team to rewrite and schedule newsletters for internal and external distribution.

Support ad-hoc requests

  • Generate creativel marketing campaigns to engage the target audience.
  • Produce digital marketing collateral such as case studies, sales presentation decks, and VDO.
  • Organize and coordinate offline events, including product launches and workshops, and represent the company at booths.
  • Assist in PR activities from press releases, signage creation and materials production.

Your ideal profile: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience with a deep understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing processes
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numbers, and able to visualize insights for future actions
  • Familiarity with Canva, graphic design, and video editing is advantageous
  • Thrives in dynamic startup environments and handles pressure effectively
  • Excellent self-management abilities and adept at coaching and managing teams fairly and productively
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools; eager to learn and adapt to new tools
  • Keeps up-to-date with technology and trends in performance marketing
  • Native in Thai and must be fluent in English
