We have exciting news! We’re now looking for a strategic, creative, and execution-focused Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and campaign execution across the North American market. You are:
  • A seasoned B2B marketer with a passion for translating complex ideas into compelling campaigns
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and energized by fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Equally strategic and hands-on, able to think big and execute quickly
  • A self-starter who takes ownership of outcomes and isn’t afraid to make informed decisions
  • A natural collaborator who communicates clearly and builds strong cross-functional relationships
  • Deeply familiar with the North American market: its nuances, audiences, and opportunities
You will:
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing to align demand generation with broader marketing and business goals
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated, multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness and high-quality leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
  • Manage campaigns across email, social, content, paid media, and ABM, ensuring consistency, creativity, and impact at every stage
  • Collaborate across the marketing team (product, events, digital) for cohesive campaign execution
  • Support the development of marketing content, from blogs and whitepapers to webinars and case studies
  • Maintain a strong focus on the North American market, tailoring strategies to reflect regional trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
You have:
  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing, ideally within tech, finance, or capital markets
  • A strong track record of driving demand and pipeline through multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience marketing to both technical and business audiences across the U.S.
  • A knack for translating technical insights into compelling, business-focused content
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and field teams
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools [Hubspot preferred]
  • The confidence and autonomy to lead initiatives, make informed decisions, and deliver measurable results
  • A bias for action and adaptability, you’re comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in dynamic environments

THE PROCESS

Long interview processes are stressful and boring, and that is not us. We want to make sure that everything runs smoothly. 

  • First, you will chat with one of our amazing Recruiter 
  • Then, you will chat with AK, our Head of Marketing. Beforehand, we will ask you to prepare a short exercise (don’t worry, we will explain everything when the time comes!). 
  • You will then meet a member of our great Marketing Team in our office, followed by an informal conversation with our Local Director - this chat will be more for you to ask all the questions you might still have. 

But don’t worry; We will explain everything to you step by step.

Base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package. Pay is based on candidate skills and experience.
