The Role
Playon is seeking a driven and detail-oriented B2B Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team in a part-time, temporary capacity during the fall season. This internship is designed for current students or recent graduates and is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in campaign execution, digital content, and event communication during our busiest and most exciting season.

As a Marketing Intern, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting email marketing, content creation, and lead generation efforts across multiple product lines. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, design, and operations to help execute high-impact marketing campaigns that directly contribute to business growth.

The Experience You’ll Gain

• Practical experience managing real-world B2B marketing campaigns
• Exposure to top platforms like HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, and BeeFree
• Development of skills in content creation, marketing operations, and digital strategy
• Insight into cross-functional marketing workflows and campaign performance metrics
• Mentorship and feedback from experienced marketers
• The chance to work on high-impact projects that support business goals

In this role, you can expect to

  • Draft and edit marketing content including emails, blog posts, and landing page copy
  • Build email campaigns using BeeFree and manage campaign assets within HubSpot
  • Create and update forms and landing pages to support lead generation initiatives
  • Assist with marketing automation workflows using Salesforce and Pardot
  • Support communications for webinars and tradeshows
  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to align messaging and assets
  • Participate in team brainstorming, QA, and performance reporting

To thrive in this role, you have

  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, BeeFree, or Pardot is a plus
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
