This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who wants to build and coach a high-performing team, while staying close to the business by personally carrying and closing deals. - Lead and build our hyper-driven B2B sales team, consisting of partnership and sales professionals, setting the example through direct deal execution.
- Personally own and close a pipeline of strategic accounts across managed care organizations, insurers, employers and unions.
- Devise and execute a winning sales and partnership strategy for the +50 population and the hearing benefit space.
- Own pipeline management and forecasting for the B2B sales team, ensuring accurate visibility into bookings and deal progression.
- Own our sales technology strategy and approach (CRM, sales engagement and forecasting tools) to drive team productivity and data hygiene.
- Develop and execute Audicus’s conference and industry event strategy to build pipeline and strengthen brand presence in target markets.
- Coordinate closely with Account Management – which reports separately – on the handoff from new-logo close to onboarding and ongoing account health.
- Hire, onboard and scale the B2B sales team as the business grows.
- Own and manage the new-business P&L for this division.

- Experience with hearing benefits strongly preferred
- Proven player-coach experience – has personally carried and exceeded a sales quota while also building and leading a biz dev and/or sales team.
- Early-stage startup experience, ability to work with constrained resources and get creative, is a huge plus.
