About the Role
We’re looking for a Full Stack B2B Marketer who knows how to build a pipeline, align with sales, and drive measurable results across the funnel. You’ll work closely with leadership, sales, and content teams to drive high quality leads and support client acquisition. This role is equal parts strategic ownership and hands on execution. This person will collaborate with team members to drive B2B leads, refine our outbound strategy, and optimize the client journey across every touchpoint. You’ll also help us test, learn, and improve quickly.
What You’ll Do:
● Build and manage end-to-end B2B marketing funnels
● Write or coordinate the creation of B2B specific content (emails, landing pages, etc.)
● Create and report on sales, conversions, and funnel health
● Collaborate with the creative and sales teams and CMO on ICP targeting, messaging, and campaign alignment
● Own the B2B content calendar (in collaboration with B2C, content, and creative teams) and repurpose assets across email, social, and web
● Build and optimize paid B2B campaigns and track performance
● Track and report on Qualified Leads, sales conversion events, and funnel health
● Support branding consistency and optimize conversion across site, landing pages, and ads
● Analyze data, test fast, and make clear recommendations to improve funnel performance
What You Bring:
● 2+ years of B2B marketing experience
● Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
● Proven success generating and converting leads in a professional services environment
● Clear, persuasive copywriting and a performance-focused mindset
● Comfortable working across teams — and independently owning results
● Bonus: Background in content strategy, sales enablement, or SEO
Compensation & Benefits:
● Base salary: $70,000–$80,000, depending on experience
