Job Description

  • Targeted Account List Creation: Identify and research high-potential companies and decision-makers for ABM campaigns.
  • Playbook Development: Develop ABM playbooks and workflows to streamline our processes and ensure consistency in targeting and outreach.

  • ABM Workflows Creation: Design, implement, and optimize ABM workflows that support the lead nurturing process and drive conversions.

  • HubSpot Setup & Integration: Lead the setup and optimization of HubSpot for ABM campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with selected tools.

  • Tool Integration: Integrate selected marketing tools with HubSpot to maximize efficiency and enhance campaign results.

  • Email & LinkedIn Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage personalized email and LinkedIn campaigns targeting key decision-makers within accounts.

  • Content Creation & Copywriting: Contribute to the content creation process by writing compelling copy for ABM campaigns, including emails, landing pages, case studies, and LinkedIn outreach.

  • Content Distribution Development: Enhance strategies for distributing content effectively across channels to maximize visibility and engagement.

  • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to align ABM strategies with sales objectives, ensuring a seamless handoff of leads and progress tracking.

  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize ABM efforts.

  • Stay Updated on ABM Trends: Continuously research and implement best practices, new tools, and emerging trends in the ABM space.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on Account-Based Marketing strategies.
  • Experience in B2B marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Proficient in SEO, PPC, and campaign management.
  • Proven knowledge in content creation and copywriting.
  • High-level proficiency in English for effective communication with global teams and clients.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign success.
