As an Azure Software Engineer - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, driving the development of cutting-edge solutions within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network. Your role will involve leveraging your skills in Azure Native Development & Testing to create impactful software engineering solutions that meet client needs. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating complex situations to deliver quality work and grow your personal brand.
In this role, you will be part of our Software Engineering competency network, where you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing software solutions using Azure Native Development methodologies
- Conducting code reviews and maintaining coding standards to enhance software quality
- Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript for application development
- Managing continuous integration and delivery pipelines to streamline software deployment
- Debugging and troubleshooting issues to optimize system performance and reliability
- Designing and maintaining enterprise application architecture for scalable solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and improve processes
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex software engineering challenges
- Leading software testing and quality assurance efforts to validate functionality and performance
- Integrating microservices and APIs for seamless application interoperability
- Engaging in business process management to align software solutions with organizational goals
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
