Purpose and Scope:

 As a Microsoft .Net Engineer in Adobe.& Net Platforms, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our digital initiatives within our agile organization by designing and delivering innovative, enterprise-grade external facing web applications based on Microsoft .Net Framework and technologies. This role exists to architect, develop and maintain websites built on Microsoft .Net framework hosted on Azure cloud, enabling seamless content delivery and engagement of HCPs and Patients to Astellas owned web properties collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders both internal and external driving business value through technical expertise and stakeholder engagement aligned to enterprise capabilities. In this role, you will architect, design, develop, deploy, and maintain custom web applications on leveraging your experience and a deep understanding of Microsoft .Net, Azure logic Apps, and related Microsoft .Net Framework and Azure cloud tools to meet organizational needs. You will work directly with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Microsoft custom .Net and Azure logic app solutions, multitask across projects, mentor team members, and stay ahead of technological advancements, making this position critical for transformative digital impact within Microsoft .Net framework.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Architect, design, develop and deploy advanced enterprise web applications using Microsoft .Net Core and MVC, Microsoft SQL.
2. Architect, design develop, deploy and maintain solutions on Azure Cloud (PaaS: including App Service, Azure functions, Logic Capps, Blob storage, Web apps )
3. Conduct business analyses by engaging directly with stakeholders to understand custom web application related challenges.
4. Design, develop websites to deliver customer experiences and engagement for brand teams.
5. Develop web applications and Integrate with Web services sing Azure cloud and other enterprise Integration tools such as MuleSoft or other platforms.
6. Develop integrations to handle data from websites residing on SQL server database.
7. Provide expert-level technical support for Microsoft .Net Framework and Azure logic Applications and related tools, resolving issues with business users, delivery teams, external agencies, and vendors, applying Microsoft .Net platform knowledge.
8. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly monitor web site performance using Lighthouse or similar tools.
9. Security & Compliance: Ensure custom web solutions are secure and compliant with enterprise standards, including web governance and necessary documentation.
10. Data Reporting: Work with reporting team (generating insights from Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics) to derive meaningful insights.
11. Initiative Execution: Actively contribute to Microsoft .Net related initiatives, applying specialized skills to achieve the objectives and expected Value. Contribute to the ongoing realization of Value from these enterprise platforms through continuous integration and deployment.
12. Collaboration and mentorship: Work collaboratively with team members within the subdivision and across other digital and business units. Mentor and guide team members with the same skills and technologies

Qualifications Required:

1. Bachelor's degree in relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Data Science
2. 10+ years of demonstrated engineering experience in designing and developing enterprise web solutions using C#, ASP.NET, and other related technologies, with a strong focus on Microsoft .Net Core, MVC and SQL Server.
3. 3+ Years of experience in Azure PaaS(building App service, Web Apps, Azure functional, Logic Apps, Blob Storage, etc).
4. Proven ability to perform business analyses, working directly with stakeholders to define and deliver search-focused technical solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
5. Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming
6. Proficiency in Microsoft .Net Framework for development and deployment including IIS Server, configuration, and management.
7. Experience with CSR and SSL certificate renewal for websites
8. Comprehensive working knowledge of related Microsoft and Integration technologies: Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, REST APIs, and integration with third party databases, platforms.
9. Coding expertise in front end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS developing web applications.
10. Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data indexing within Microsoft platforms.
11. Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies, including Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and version control in code deployments.
12. Advanced problem-solving capabilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues across Microsoft applications, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines.
13. Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with development teams, business users, vendors, and external agencies.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and mentor others on Microsoft technologies.
15. Adaptable to evolving project scopes and technologies, with a commitment to continuous learning in the Microsoft and Adobe domain.
16. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for security, scalability, and reliability.

• Microsoft Certified: Microsoft .Net Developer, IIS administration, Azure Solutions Expert, Microsoft SQL.
