Skills & Experience
10 Years of Experience acting as a Technical Lead on successful large-scale IT projects
10 Years Expertise in Azure Cloud Services (Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Storage, Azure Kubernetes Service, etc.)
10 Years Proficient in programming languages (C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript)
10 Years Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservice architecture, and serverless computing
10 Years Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform
10 Years Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor and Application Insights
10 Years Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases in Azure (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB)
10 Years Strong understanding of secure coding practices, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance frameworks like GDPR, ISO
10 Years Proven experience as a technical lead managing development teams through the full software development lifecycle
10 Years Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum practices, ceremonies, and iterative development
10 Years Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders
10 Years Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers, ensuring best practices and code quality
10 Years Excellent at translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
10 Years Clear and effective communication with distributed teams
10 Years Strong problem-solving and architectural decision-making skills
10 Years Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Highly Desired)
10 Years Scrum certifications (e.g., SAFe) (Highly Desired)
10 Years Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (Highly Desired)
