Job Description
Join the team at Operational Services GmbH, within Deutsche Telekom Systems Solutions Slovakia, providing opportunities for German-speaking talents in Slovakia. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Implementation as well as administration/ IT operation Azure Infrastructure Services File-, Print-, Terminal-, Cluster- Services, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WVD, Azure AD, etc.
- Implementation as well as administration/ IT operation of Microsoft 365 technologies (Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams incl. Phone System, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Office 365 ATP, Conditional Access, Universal Print, Data Loss Prevention, Multi-Factor Authentication, Privileged Identity Management, Windows Virtual Desktop, etc.)
- Automation and standardization of workflows with suitable scripts (PowerShell)
- Optimization of existing processes and tools for the management of multi-tenant environments
- Integration of new customers into existing operational processes
- Participation in the creation of decision templates and concepts
- Development and planning of service concepts
- Project planning and execution of commissioning and operation
- Problem and error analysis, problem solving also in complex systems or system landscapes
- Creation of decision templates and concepts
- Design / implementation of supporting tools and workflows
- Conception, initiation, and monitoring of measures to ensure service levels and customer satisfaction
- Creation of strategic concepts for the area organization
- Collaboration in the further development of the portfolio
Qualifications
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
- have a Master's or diploma degree or adequate professional experience or comparable knowledge and skills
- have a minimum of seven years of professional experience, including at least five years in IT administration, with deep expertise in Microsoft Collaboration solutions in the Office 365 and on-premises solutions (AD, Exchange, SharePoint, etc.)
- have very good practical experience with Microsoft Azure & Windows Server Infrastructure Services
- have a extensive experience in IT operations and migration of Exchange, SharePoint, AD, file server, etc., environments to Office 365
- have a experience in planning, implementing, and operating hybrid solutions (AD, Exchange Hybrid)
- have a technical certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified Associate / Azure Administrator Associate / MCSA / MCSE
- have a very good customer-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, also at the management level

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1050 € /brutto.
