Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of cloud projects.
Identify, create, develop and integrate innovative solutions and programs that reduce defects in the cloud.
Exercises strong judgment in the identification and execution of strategic improvement plans.
Anticipates bottlenecks, assess risks, mitigate issues, provide
escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.Influence, motivate and lead others to meet the challenges of
cloud operational environment.Validate customer requirements and coordinate cloud resources to onboard new tenant.
Generate and submit monthly SLA reports to customers and PM.
Support the generation of monthly SLA and other reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
8+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Lead supporting IT or cloud-based development teams.
Demonstrated experience supporting teams delivering solutions in AWS cloud environments, including close collaboration with engineers, product owners, and DevOps teams.Active Secret clearance or higher is required.
Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and using Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar..
Certifications: IAT-2, 1 or more cloud certifications.
Experience working in regulated environments and following secure engineering / documentation practices.
Experience supporting DoD/IC programs and mission systems.
