- Execute and operationalise Capco’s global AWS partnership and GTM strategy across regions
- Coordinate joint AWS co-sell motions, sales plays, campaigns, and client events
- Enable sales and delivery teams with AWS-aligned playbooks, assets, and enablement materials
- Track AWS-sourced and influenced pipeline, co-sell performance, and partner scorecards
- Manage AWS funding, incentives, governance cadence, and quarterly business reviews
- 5–7 years’ experience in AWS partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem roles
- Hands-on exposure to the AWS Partner Network and AWS-aligned programmes
- Experience working in consulting, technology, or digital transformation environments
- Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships in global, matrixed environments
- Exposure to Financial Services clients or large-scale transformation programmes
- Familiarity with AWS services relevant to Financial Services use cases (serverless, integration, data streaming, analytics, security, compliance)
- Understanding of AWS co-sell tracking, pipeline reporting, and CRM systems
- Experience supporting partnership governance and executive-level reporting
- Experience managing partner funding programmes and incentive structures
- Deliver high-impact technology solutions for Tier 1 financial institutions
