Must Have:
- Strong Cloud support experience- Suppoting public cloud
an leading calls to completions
- Strong AWS background- This will take the most time of
their day now.
- EKS Networking, EKS Clusters, Kubernetes
- Exposure to other environments like AZURE, and GCP
- Undertands databases
- Must be able to work Saturday or Sunday shift 1 month
out of 3 months. They will be flexible with the additional day off.
Nice to Have:
- AI Automation experience
- Oracle cloud support
Job Description:
- Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP
services including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, ECS or EKS, RDS or DynamoDB,
API Gateway, EventBridge, and CloudWatch, BigTable, BigQuery, Vertex AI,
Gemini Assist
- Experience supporting production
environments, incident management, change management, and root-cause
analysis.
- Strong knowledge of IAM roles and
policies, least-privilege access, security groups, and network controls.
- Experience with monitoring and
logging tools such as CloudWatch, Splunk, Dynatrace, or comparable
platforms.
- Working knowledge of Terraform or
CloudFormation and scripting with Python, Bash, or AWS CLI.
- Understanding of hybrid networking,
including VPC routing, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, DNS, and network
troubleshooting.
- Clear written and verbal
communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to
varied audiences.
Skills Required
- Strong public cloud support experience, including leading support calls through completion
- Strong AWS cloud experience
- Experience with EKS networking, EKS clusters, and Kubernetes
- Exposure to Azure and GCP environments
- Understanding of databases
- Availability to work a Saturday or Sunday shift once every three months
- Hands-on experience with AWS and GCP services, including compute, storage, networking, IAM, containers, databases, APIs, eventing, and monitoring
- Production environment support experience
- Incident management, change management, and root-cause analysis experience
- Knowledge of IAM roles and policies, least-privilege access, security groups, and network controls
- Experience with CloudWatch, Splunk, Dynatrace, or comparable monitoring and logging tools
