Job Title: Technology Architect – Solutions & Platforms
Role Overview:
· The Technology Architect – Solutions & Platforms will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions that enable AI-driven and digital transformation across Evernorth. This role requires deep expertise in cloud architecture, enterprise systems design, and modern development practices, with a focus on enabling innovation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture:
· Design end-to-end technical solutions that align with business and digital transformation goals.
· Translate functional requirements into scalable and maintainable architectures.
Cloud & Platform Engineering:
· Architect cloud-native solutions using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
· Define infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines to support agile delivery.
Enterprise Systems Design:
· Lead hands-on design and development of enterprise-grade systems and platforms.
· Ensure systems are resilient, secure, and optimized for performance and cost.
Microservices & DevOps:
· Implement microservices-based architectures and containerization strategies.
· Promote DevOps practices including automation, monitoring, and continuous integration.
Collaboration & Leadership:
· Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to ensure architectural alignment.
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
· Proven experience in solution and cloud architecture, including multi-tier and distributed systems.
· Hands-on expertise in designing enterprise-grade systems with high availability and scalability.
· Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and DevOps practices (CI/CD, container orchestration, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
· Familiarity with healthcare application ecosystems, including interoperability and compliance standards.
· Understanding of AI/ML model infrastructure, including deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
· Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert).
