Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).
Responsibilities
- Lead Export-Import & Guarantee team
- Ensuring adherence to existing procedures and policies
- Support any project assigned to the team
- Control, monitor and update SOP
- Ensure external and internal report prepared and submitted correctly
- Communicate with Business & Regional Stakeholders
Requirements
- Having relevant experience of managing a team in Trade Operations
- Good knowledge and understanding of latest UCP, ISBP, URC, URDG, ISP, etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision andmaking decision
