Key Responsibilities / Duties
Coordinate and execute account on-boarding/product launch/termination process working closely with overseas transitions team, local/overseas relevant parties as well as external parties
Coordinate miscellaneous account events such as IMA/guideline changes, custodian changes, stock/cash inflows/outflows, account restructures, and operational changes of portfolios etc.
Account/Portfolio master data implementation/maintenance
Maintain and provide IAMJ’s AUM and other product related information for RFP and marketing purpose
Provide support for reporting team (produce/review/distribute simplified reporting materials)
Work Experience / Knowledge / Education / Formal Qualifications
Work Experience / Knowledge:
3-5 years of work experience in the financial industry preferably in the asset management with basic understanding of investment operations and/or account setup for funds and separate accounts
Formal Education:
University graduate or more
License / Registration / Certification:
