AV Technician

Overview: Reporting to the Global AV Engineer Manager, you will be responsible for preparing audio, video and lighting equipment for various events and doing preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Preventive Maintenance:
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on Logitech equipment to ensure optimal
- Perform firmware updates, software upgrades, and system configurations as necessary to keep devices up to date and secure.
- Utilize Office 365 Admin Portal to create, manage, and license resource mailboxes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with AV equipment to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted service
Logitech Device Support:
- Monitor the functionality of Logitech audiovisual devices, including cameras, microphones, speakers, and control systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for technical support and warranty services when needed.
- Utilize Jira Ticketing System to Create, Respond, and Track Customer Requests and Incidents.
Event Support:
- Provide technical support for Town Hall meetings, company events, and other special gatherings held on-site.
- Set up, test, and operate AV equipment according to event requirements.
- Assist presenters and organizers with audiovisual needs during events, including troubleshooting technical issues in real-time.
- Training and Documentation: Train end-users on the proper use and care of AV equipment to prevent misuse and maximize longevity.
- Create and maintain documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures for AV systems.
- Assist and support the video/recording studios, also, video recording, streaming, photos and editing.
Education & Experience:
- Ability to log into MS teams on the Logitech tablets and Creston Flex devices
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of Logitech Rally, Windows, Mac, Office365
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to include connectivity issues and basic networking
- Attention to detail and great customer service
- Scheduling of any rooms to be upgraded with SharkNinja’s vendor of choice
