Auxiliar Administrativo- Foráneo.

Objetivo del puesto:

Brindar soporte a los procesos administrativos y operativos del almacén, principalmente en actividades relacionadas con coordinación de embarques, facturación, documentación de entregas y, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos.

Responsabilidades principales:

• Auditoria del material a embarcar
• Asegurar el correcto surtido del material en sistema.
• Requerimiento de unidades foráneas.
• Generación de distribución de material foráneo
• Escaneo del producto a embarcar

Zona de trabajo: Tepotzotlán

Requisitos:

• Disponibilidad de rolar turnos semanalmente (3 turnos)
• 2 años de experiencia principalmente en areas relacionadas a embarques.
• Habilidades técnicas en almacén
• Utilización de herramientas ASP, 5S, ideas de mejora.
• Bachillerato terminado o licenciatura.
• Experiencia de trabajo en equipo y coordinación junto con personal sindicalizado para los embarques, (maniobristas y patineros)
