MSPbots is hiring an Automation Product/Process Analyst to help eliminate inefficiencies across internal teams using AI agents and smart bots.
Work Setup: Hybrid | 1–2 days onsite, 10th floor, IBP Tower, Jade Dr, Ortigas Center, Pasig, 1605 Metro Manila
Schedule: Monday–Friday from 9 PM–6 AM PHT (8 AM–5 PM CDT) | Fixed Rest Days: Sat–Sun
What You’ll Do
- Identify automation opportunities across Sales, CS, HR, Finance, and more
- Map out current vs. future state workflows
- Write clear automation specs with triggers, logic, and edge cases
- Track automation adoption and success metrics
- Support test case design and user acceptance testing
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in business analysis, ops, or product/process roles
- Skilled in flowcharts, SOPs, or workflow mapping
- Great communicator and collaborator across teams
- Comfortable juggling priorities in fast-paced environments
Bonus Points
- Familiar with MSPbots, Langflow, Zapier, or similar tools
- Knows basic APIs, logic trees, or data flow
- SaaS or MSP experience a big plus
- Exposure to Agile or Lean Six Sigma is helpful
